The Edisto Island Historic Preservation Society will host their Bidding for History event at Brookland Plantation. The cost is $50 per person. Reservations will be available to members only until March 15th. After that date any remaining reservations will then be offered to the public. Check the web site for a list of auction items.

- This "No Check-Out Tournament" is a Southern Kingfish Association (SKA) Division 3 event.
- Tournament pays 10 places with a top prize of $10,000 (based on 100 entries)
- Tournament entry fee is $300
- Saturday Tournament competition hours are from 6:00 am until 5 pm. Scales will open at 3:00 and close at 5:00 pm. The awards ceremony will be held immediately following the weigh in.
